Hello everyone,
I am looking for a doctor on STX. A geriatric doctor for my mother and a pediatrician for my son, or a good family doctor who can handle both. Someone with a good bedside manner and time to spend with patients is important to us. Any recommendation. Thanks.
Tammy

I work at the hospital and can highly recommend Dr. Lyn Campbell, who practices at the "Urgent Care Center" opposite the Island Center amphitheater just north of the hospital. He is very easy going and competent. I have also heard good things about Dr. Bishop, but I haven't met him yet....

Antiqueone,
Thank you. Are either one of them specialist or are they family doctors.

I believe Dr. Bishop is family practice and Dr. Campbell has more of an emergency medicine background. Wish I could tell you about the specialists, but I've only been here 2 months so far!~

Hello there. Sorry I missed this. At the 5 corners in Christiansted, in the Rueckl building, is a doctor by the name of Braslow. He is excellent, is open 6 days per week which can be important for both ends of the live spectrum, and has a terrific medical history in terms of training and work.

As he is getting busier and busier, I almost hate to post his name! Still, someone passed his name on to me when I was constantly in and out of the ER. I have not been back to the ER in over one year while under his care. Yeah!

Best wishes,

Dan
