The Car my husband drives is actually registered in my name - and insured to both of us.
The registration is up for renewal - do I have to be the one to bring it in for inspection/sticker or can he do it since its same last name and his name is on the insurance?

When my car came over from the states somebody from the shipping company was able to register it for me - So I gotta figure that somebody else can do it, right?

I think he can do it for you. Not positive. Send a copy of your drivers license with him.

I do ours every year and my husband's name is on the title, not mine. They never gave me a problem with registration. Now... if you were selling it.... that would be different. 🙂
