Electricity costs

Good Day!
Would someone please inform me of the current electric costs per kilowatt hour. I have searched the forum and can only find info from 2011. I would appreciate both residential and commercial rates, if possible.

Residential Rates for October 2012: 32 days

Customer Charge: $6.22
Base Rate @ .093387
LN Loss Sur @ .002196
Pilot Sur @ .000686
Fuel Charge (LEAC) @ .383234

September 2012 rates were the same except for the LEAC, which was @.306524.
30 days.

Plan on approx 48 cents per kw hr +/-

Think conservation instead of rate, so you have more control over your bill. I can't figure out how people here can justify freezers, crock pots, clothes dryers, etc.

A crock pot uses about 80 watts on low setting and 150-200 watts on high - not much more than a bright reading light.
