There are dozens of restaurants on St. Thomas. What is your favorite, and why?

Jacks over at Point Pleasant. Great wings and salads. Can't get any closer to the water.

I've never had a good meal at Jack's, both locations, and because people keep telling me I'm crazy or ordered the wrong thing, I keep trying, but still NEVER had a good meal there.

I love XO Bistro for lunch. Dinner there can sometimes be hit or miss, but lunch is always delicious.

The Blue Orchid is amazing for dinner.

I guess I'm too picky about breakfast to say I have an STT favorite for that. I like Fish Tails breakfast, but have plenty of time if you go there. Jake's is the best, but they are on St John. St John has some really good delis, too, for grabbing a sandwich on your way to the beach. Love Sam and Jack's, as well as Baked in the Sun.

Cuzzin's on Back Street. Local food done nicely.
Bella Blu in Frenchtown. Consistently good food.
Beni Iguana's. Love their varety of Sushi.
Mafolie. Lobster and steak with a view.
Oceana. Great to relax and look at the water.
Grande Cru. Great Food.
Enkai. Also Good Sushi(Still prefer Beni's)
The Twisted Cork. Ate there only once. Was very good. Need to revisit.
Victor's Hideout and Glady's. More local options.
China Express. Best Chinese in their sit down restarant part.

Sunset Grill at Secret Harbor in Red Hook. Amazing sunsets, right on the water, friendly and romantic atmosphere, and the food and drinks are great too! We usually lay out on the beach right there, snorkel around the cove a bunch, then hit Happy Hour and have dinner all right there, it can't be beat. We go at least twice a week, love it. Crystal the GM is so sweet and helpful!

Another vote for Frenchtown Deli for lunch.
Havan Blue: fabulous food, incredible atmosphere.
The dairy for shakes.

We loved the pizza and salads at Pie Hole in Frenchtown as well
Iggies Beach bar has affordable meals and great beach front location.
We had our first meal at Latitude 18 and the food was great but the waitress was in a rotten mood and although we were her only table she rolled her eyes at my disabled son when he took what she thought was too long to make a decision about the available side dishes with his entree.

Sushi anyone?

Beni Iguana's or Enkai?

So much better than Dashi on St Croix!

Enkai's probably the best bet for sushi on STT these days, it's too bad Watahashi isn't around anymore.

I liked Beni Iguana better when they were downtown before the move to Havensight.

China King in Havensight has fantastic sushi at very reasonable prices. No worries about seating (like Enkai), comfortable A/C, and a full service Chinese menu. Best Chinese in STT by far in my humble opinion.

Funny, I like China Express better. I alternate between both. They are both owned by the same family!

If you're in Tutu, China Fast Food is surprisingly good for being a food court option, and the large has huge portions, I usually get a large and it will be lunch and dinner that day.

Same family! Think they own 5 restaurants here and possibly some in St Croix as well.

I like Northside Bistro for dinner as well as the ribs at Hull Bay Hideaway.
If I am in town for lunch I'll go to either Ranch Latino or China Gardens at the place in Havensite.
Always great choices for lunch at Hook, Line and Sinker.
Oceana for special occasions is a must.

Heard the restaurant at Magen's Pt. has changed again. it's now called Simply Italian.
Haven't tried it yet. Anyone?

We've had the Chinese food from the place in Lockhart and thought it was good... Is that the same guys too?

Was not impressed with northside bistro, but will probably give it another try.
I agree on the ribs from hull bay hideaway though.

Have any of you been to Buddha sushi near Red Hook? We went a few years ago when we were here for a weekend and really enjoyed it, the owner was a real nice guy too... Haven't been since we moved.

We need to find a babysitter so we can go out and endulge a bit.

FISH TAILS!!!!

I did not like this place at all. Overly expensive, small portions and greasy fried oysters.
Same your money and go elsewhere.
