i recenty purchased a home on stt and want to put up a decorative alluminum fence and gate. i was told i needed a permit for this ... can anyone tell me how to go about this via snail mail. i dont live on the island and need to do this long distance.

Sorry, not ignoring you but didn't see this until late Friday. I will make a call Tuesday AM. Before I do, is this fence for the front of the property or is going to be abutting a beach. Might make a difference.
