Is there a lot of scammers on the USVI craigslist renting places out? What is the best place to find cheap short term rentals in STT?

Yes, Ryan don't create new threads for every question. Continue the one you've already started to save confusion.

I love the ad with cast iron heat radiators in the photo. They don't exist here! SCAM. Do not rent sight unseen. For true! If you can't handle a PIRATE island, do not move here. You will need to be smarter than average! And, tougher than average. I you are a wimp, think twice! Many folks leave after a couple of months. Others thrive. Just a thought.

One must understand that these scams originate overseas in Africa or European countries with an immigrant population. As far as I know the scams are not local.

They are like the Nigerian 419 scams.
