Hi,
I was wondering which furniture stores you would recommend for decent,durable bedroom and living room furniture,on STT? How is Silk Greenery-a bit pricey?
Any comments might help.Thanks.Also,any experiences with shipping from Miami?

Silk Greenery has nice stuff but it's more expensive. Home Again in Red Hook sells by consignment & you can pick up some deals on previously owned places but try Island Empire catty-corner across from the entrance to Fortress Self-Storage behind the hospital.

I have used Furniture Inn at Lockhart Gardens with great results. When a special ordered arrived damaged they took care of the problem instantly. Also, they have a 50% off sale now. I always recommend them.

When I lived on STT I used Furniture Inn quite often for our rental apartments, as well as our own condo, and I found them to have nice furniture and awesome customer service.

Ditto on all the stores Trade mentioned. Serta mattresses from Furniture Inn. Has anyone tried Age-O (or however it is spelled) in Bovoni? It looks good from the ads.

Ditto on Furniture Inn. They don't have the traditional garbage the other guys sell.(trying to be PC!)
