Monday to Tuesday... My husband has to go for work so I'm tagging along.
I know there are a bunch of ships in on Monday and it's MLK day -
We want to shop for things and eat foods that we can't get on STX.
Any thought or recommendations?

Thanks in advance!

For a place to stay, try the Crystal Palace -- Ronnie has a website.

Maybe next time - for this trip We're staying at Sugar Bay.
My husband put in a specific request for the best sushi and/or Chinese food on STT?

There are two suhi palces that stand out. Beni Iguana by the cruise ships and Enkai in Frenchtown. Since you are staying towards the east, Buddha Sushi is your best bet, it is in the Lagoon area and Taj does a great job! Chinese,, there are all the same to me.
