Onika, are you still here or have you left? Any chance of moving back?

Trade I'm the wrong person to suggest....The two attorneys I had died on me and both were young middle aged men. It was a real hassle to get my retainer money back. One I never got back and the other I had to go thru VI courts to get and it took me 5 years with the VI court system.

I had NO luck with Capdeville with my divorce many years ago. He will even charge you for a 2 minute phone call and while sitting in court with you, he will work on others paperwork. That truly pissed me off! I let him go. Also, the paper work was not done right which left major room for having to go to court again. I was not happy at all. There are plenty of Lawyers out there. I want to do a trust and Tom Bolt was recommended as well as David Bourne. Not sure if they are in the family end of things.

Sorry, you had such bad luck, Sherri. Friends recently were very pleased with him.
