Good Morning!
Anyone know why a black helicopter has been buzzing Christiansted for the fast few days?? Keeps circling over areas then moves on. Is back again now circling over town...???

A private helicopter was filming a few weeks ago over various sites, and over the last several days there has been a dark green US Army helicopter doing the routine HIDTA operation.
