am planning on moving to the Virgin Islands. How can find local job listings? Is there any website with all the local listings?

Which island are you looking for? You will not find many for STX except in the Avis, which is not online. Most employers do not want to hire you unless you are on island unless you are in a high demand field for the island, like nurses or teachers.
