Highway Signs

How are Virgin Islands highways signed? are any U.S. highways in the v.i.?

They are signed the same as in the states. Just that the roads aren't all straight and are hilly!

my friend just moved to hawaii...they have an "interstate" there...isnt that an oxymoron since it cant go between states? lol

On St. Croix, watch out for arrows that point in the wrong direction. The kids sometimes reverse them as a practical joke. My favorite is a sign for the airport on Centerline Road the points up into the mountains rather than down onto the flat coastal plain where the airport is. I wonder how many tourists trying to leave the island have gotten lost in the mountains while looking for the airport. The sign has been that way for months, and no one has bothered to correct it.
