Horseback Riding Show STT Sun, Mar 4, 2012 at Noon

I just found out today that the Golden Age Ranch, across from Smith Bay Park on STT, will be having a fundraising horse show tomorrow. I went by there today out of curiosity, and was told about the show when I was checking out the horses. Admission is $35 and goes to animal upkeep. Jerry, the guy who showed me the horses, said the horses at Golden Age Ranch have stories just as compelling as Sea Biscuit and War Horse.

I even met a young man (maybe 12 years old) who wants to be a jockey, so they're training him at the ranch. So many positive things going on in spite of all the negativity that's reported.
