I am looking for someone to help me clean and open a house on St. Croix for the season.I need to have somebody I can count on to do a good job. It's a two bed, two bath. I meed the Floors,refg., counters, beds ect.done.I think about 10 hours to do it. Any referrals for someone good?

I wish my wife and I were already down there but we're just beginning our planning to move... This is a small start we'd be looking for for her...
Just curious, what kind of pay RANGE could someone expect for a 10 hour house cleaning job, (with some amazing references, of course)?

I have no experience with a 10 hour single family house cleaning price, But I do know that a 2000 sq foot 3bed, 3bath, Living room, dinning room , Kitchen, foyer entry condo costs $70.00 for the type services East End Doug was looking for. This is not an hourly price but a set fee, it doesn't matter if the job takes 2 hours or ten hours the price is the same. Hope this helps.

This sounds to me like a villa cleaning....We pay between $150 and $200 for a same day turnaround. This service could even be more as it sounds like more of an extensive type cleaning to open a villa. I only know of maids on STT tho, sorry that I can't be of more help to you.

Lizard - if you can get a maid on STX to do even a general upkeep cleaning for $70, by all means send me their contact info!

i need someone to come in and do a deep thorough cleaning here walls, ceilings, floors, and windows with lots of bleach, living in the bush is hard on a house and the daily upkeep is rough when you work a zillion hours, so i need someone to get it spotless for me first.
