How does St. Thomas compare to Cayman in Salaries and Housing Costs

Greetings:

I am new to the board. My husband and I are on a short list for propsective candidates to come down as Estate Managers for a very large private luxury estate.

We are wondering if anyone knows how the salaries compare in St. Thomas to Cayman and or what the salary range would be for someone in executive management (comparable fields would be top construction management, real estate management, property management).

Also we are wondering what the housing is like for a 2 bedroom/2 bath ocean front condo long term rental and where one would find links to locate them (the employer will reimburse for most of cost of one).

Finally, does anyone know what the rules are for the required number of hours to practice massage therapy in St. Thomas?
