Innovative contract

Hello folks, I have had it with this Innovative internet service, I signed up Jan 12th, service didn't start for almost a month after that, I've paid over 500. for equipment and services that are substandard, signal drops, speeds are slow etc.
I sought professional legal advice about this contract and its non-binding if the provider doesn't live up to the contract; IE: provide a satisfactory service as they promised or raises their rates etc, has anyone had any experience canceling their service without penalty?
