Just to let everyone know that Jeff had a serious accident this morning. He is stable but in serious condition at ORMC ICU unit in Orlando Fla. We still do'nt know what happened. He rolled our SUV 2-3 times. No other vechicle involved. Please pray for him.

UPDATE ON JEFF

Jeff doing okay, they took him off the ventilator on Wednesday and yesterday (Thursday) they had him sitting in a chair. He's agitated and wants to come home and he wants his dip - not going to happen - he'll be in a wheel chair for a while and then crutches. He may or may not lose the lower part of his left leg, we just don't know yet, tissue damage was bad. Thank God for the person who found him. Another 1/2 hour to an hour he would have been dead if no one would have found him. Thank you to everyone who has responded. I am trying to sleep and eat - not an easy task.

Great to hear that he's improving. Will hold very good thoughts that his leg can be saved. Most importantly, it sounds like he's definitely improving. Please keep us updated.

Jeff is being moved to a room tonight. Out of ICU thank the lord. He's still in and out of it. But he is getting better.

Well they had him in a room but this morning they put him back in ICU, some sort of lung infection. So we will see what happens.

An Update on Jeff. he has finally left ORMC. They transfered him on Thursday to a Specialty Hospital in Orlando. This hospital specializes in rehabilitation. He may be there for another 3-5 weeks but if he behaves and does what he is told he may be able to come home. If not - then they will transfer him to another facility closer to home for a few weeks. I am actually sleeping a little more and my appetite has come back - a good thing! Luck and Love to all I know down there!

Jeff still in the hospital, but now is in Melbourne. He was able to come home for a few hours on Cristmas day. He may be home in two to four weeks. He still can't walk and still has to use a wheel chair but he he is doing physical and occupational therapy daily. Thanks for all your prayers.

Thank you Trade. Just talked to Jeff and his case worker said it is a possibiltiy that he could be home on Wednesday and he would have in house therapy, which is a very good thing since I don't think he could get in and out of my car very easily. Oh and another good thing is that his parents gave us back our 65 vette so we could finish retoring or sell it, though his father did a lot of work on it. We'll see since I love that car. Thanks for caring.
