Hi - I plan to move to St. Croix this August/September and am looking for jobs. No jobs seem to be available at this website, and the newspapers don't show much either. Does this mean that an excellent word-processor cannot find work on St.Croix???

No. What is does mean is no one is going to seriously consider you unless you are in their office, standing in front of them. Too many people say they are coming and don't.

Also our job board just got started a few months ago so that needs to be kept in mind... also not all jobs get listed in the papers ect. some get filled by word of mouth, by who you know, by applications they have on file already... its tough to locate work from away you have to try different resources and methods. You can find office work; is that what you are looking for?
