Does anyone know if the land at The Preserve at Botany Bay is selling at or near its current listing prices?

we've been looking at them for 3 yrs now. are they currently selling below the asking price?

Since the land is all owned by a corporate entity and not individuals - it is not likely the prices will decline much lower than listed price until they need to raise cash.

Makes sense. Though it IS being sold at local real estate firms in STT at nearly the original offering price.
