Ocean or near coastal?
*Sail Auxiliary?
*STCW 95 certification?
*Current drug Consortium?
*FCC Radio License?
*TWIC card?
You will be competing against an amazing amount of professional Licensed Mariners here -- many of whom also have the LOCAL knowledge that gives them value - you will have no problem finding a mate position and proving yourself if you have ALL the ***** above.
