A news article in todays paper indicates that Linquist Beach is now open (or soon to be open?) to the public. Do any East Enders have any additional information? Has the beach area been cleaned/roads graded?

Lindqvist, according to an article in today's Source, will be open to the public "immediately." Governor DeJongh has temporarily put it under the umbrella of the local government's Housing and Recreational Affairs department until such time as the Magen's Bay Authority can take it over. Whether the beach has been cleaned I don't know but I'm sure the road hasn't been graded. We shall see!
