Could someone please give me a sitrep on what is actually happening with living aboard in C'sted Harbour?
What is projected?

There are live aboards there now. The hardest part is getting a mooring. There are none. I understand that no new permits are being issued. You can always set 2 anchors if you find a spot. The less you draw the better chances.
