Anyone using Housing Choice Voucher in USVI, can you post about the process you go through to get housing? Anything from info on the Virgin Islands Housing Authority, to porting in from the mainland, to best areas to look for HCV housing, to which islands has more HCV rentals?

As far as I know, there is a very long wait (years) for Section 8 housing in the VI. Very few private landlords seem interested in participating in the program with rentals in such high demand.
