Smoke and mirrors!! lol Not eating anything heavy for dinner anymore. Started out when I had bronchitis a couple of months ago and have been continuing with it.

Sounds like it's working for you. Not sure what she eats at dinner, but I'll tell her your secret. I gave up most dinners years ago, and seldom eat after 6 pm. I feel better when I have all those hours to work off the meal, and I sleep better when I'm not stuffed. I wake up hungry which gets me out of bed, and I'm forced to eat breakfast.
