The condo fees on 2 bedroom 2 bath are way less than 1000.00. includes trash pickup pool pest control, cable tv and security. WAPA is still working on sewage replacing stuff. Has not been worse than anyplace else lately.

I too have been looking at Mill Harbor, I had the opportunity to buy a 3 bedroom for under100k but the condo fees scared me off. I didn't like the kitchen but if you knock down that overhanging cabinet it really opens thing up. On a price per sq foot basis I imagine it must be the least expensive condo in the VI, but the professional realators may know more about that. Bottom line is I wouldn't be to concern with the neighborhood however those condo fees seem way to high

I believe waste management and or public works is responsible for sewer repair not WAPA. And no, the sewage issues are not resolved in that area. The beaches along condo row are often closed due to contamination from sewage when we have heavy rains.

not just that, but after a heavy rain your drinking water tastes like salt water for a few days

Noticed on our last trip over to STX, Mill Harbor is gated. We stayed there a few years back when it wasn't. It needed a lot of work then. Glad to see new management is turning it around.

The one good thing about MH is the size of the units, in many cases twice the size of some East End condo units
