Hi everyone. 2 of my friends from college are getting married there this July. The thing is, in all the excitement, another friend and i have decided to make it a permanent vacation. I am having trouble finding any rental information, other than vacation rentals of course. If anyone could give me a website or some info...or if you know anyone renting property that would be great. We are hoping to find something for $1000.00 a month or less, and honestly I don't know if that is reasonable for the area. Basically I am leaving behind everything here in hopes of spending the remainder of my 20's on a the island. Any info you could give me would be appreciated!

This web site is the closest thing to what you are looking for. Places don't have websites. You can try http://www.connectionsstjohn.com/ they have a wall that people post things, as well as several other places around town. Word of mouth goes a long way over there. When you go for the wedding, you shoud be able to find semething!

Thanks Ronnie..that website did provide some info...but i am missing the bulletins. I am not having much luck so far. I am really getting most of my info from the message board. Hopefully I will have some luck while I am down there for the wedding!

Hello Brooke,
The wall/bulletin Ronnie mentioned is not an e-bulletin on a website but an actual physical bulletin board in the Connections office. So you would have to call or e-mail Connections and ask them if there is anything on the bulletin board and/or inquire about putting up an apartment wanted ad for yourself.
