My phone shows full signal but cannot make or receive phone calls. Texting works. Sometimes I can get a call out but it only lasts a minutes before it disconnects.

I've been having problems since the weekend. I just called AT&T using the WiFi feature on my phone. They have an outage at the Cotton Valley tower. It is expected to be resolved by Friday May 5. The phone rep offered to credit my account.

just called at 800-331-0500 and he has no idea what is really wrong or when it will be fixed--says we should just call back after it starts working for a credit---I would much rather have phone service working....he didn't want to take/issue a service ticket or anything.

Service in Solitude is at best, one bar. Seems as if service took a nosedive after that huge rainstorm we had.
