Does anyone know what is involved in becomming a Notary Public? Is it the same general procedures as in the states? Are there courses available?

Thanks!

to begin with, you have to have been a resident for five years, no less. Then the procedure begins...it took me more than 8 months. Banking and Insurance division is the one who handles this.
