I'm moving to STX end of December and I'm wondering if anyone has a parrot cage they
are interested in selling? I have an African Grey and it would help if I didn't have to ship my cage. Thanks and see you soon.

Call Paradise Point and ask for Shaun, the bird lady. I don't know what her number is up there, but the tram probably will 340-774-809.

Marty, Thanks for info on Shaun. The phone number is missing a digit. Also, what does "tram" mean.

Av8or, My bird will travel under my seat in a carrying case like a cat case. Not a stupid question at all. Thanks to both of you.

Lulu, nice to hear from another bird "parent". One suggestion, if you can't find a nice cage on island, and want to buy a new one, try ordering online from Fancy Paws: http://www.fancypaws.com/prembircag.html. They have some great prices and are great people to work with. They normally ship freight free, but I'm sure they will work with you to ship to the VI. We recently bought one for our birds and we love it.

Hello Lulu,

From Shawn's business card, it says Bird Shows (which is what she does at Paradise Point), Bird Cages & Supplies, Special Events...

(340)777-1274
e-mail is: [email protected]
Fax: (340)774-5426

The tram is a tram ride up to Paradise Point. Its an attraction; has a bar, restaurant, shops, bird show... Visit their web site:

The number is 774-9809
