This was the funniest post I have ever seen in my life. I knew there was a reason to keep checking these threads. NugBlazer, I have to give it to you. I laughed so hard at your comments, tears ran down my face. Absolutely, award-winning funny.

gee nug,i'm talking a lack of respect by coming into a workplace to smoke pot, like i said yesterday i could give a shit what you do outside on the street or in your house, just don't do it in my place of work when i'm there, thats where the lack of respect comes in, your self centeredness in thinking it's ok to do this, because "everyone" else does it,well everyone else does'nt do it and it's not appreciated when it's shoved in your face at your place of employment, and i've been here for 14 years and yeah i'm pretty sure i could walk out on the streets downtown and grab any of the bike cops because over the last year or so i've developed pretty good relationships with most of them, there is a time and a place for everything.

Trade "I suggest you up your dose & mellow out a bit." You know, I was thinking exactly that! Isn't that stuff supposed to make you calm and happy?

Beats me. I hear it's stronger now than what I remember when I lived (?) through the Summer of Love back in California in the 60's.

So, I missed the show... how was it?

As much as I'd like to see this decriminalized, I fear that, right now, legislators would get pounded for "spending their time on an issue like this when there are so many more important issues". If/when we get the economy turned around, it might be easier to go after this.

the program was alright. it did a good job of not taking a side and looking at both the pros and cons if you watched the show on heroin after you really realize that mj should not be in the same class as heroin lol

I didn't get a chance to look at it. I was looking at the news here in Cali about a 17-year-old that was beaten, starved by his foster parents and aunt. A former state speaker's son charged with murder. A teacher charged with having sex with one of his teen students.

I agree, MJ should not be in the same class. I don't use either, but I've seen the behavior of both. Yes, both tend to cause people to be more mellow. But, I personally haven't seen anyone on MJ put people in danger in order to get it. Actually, I would rather be around someone that have smoke MJ than someone who has used heroin or alcohol to the point they were drunk. I live a couple of blocks from the beach now, and wow, some of the people that get drunk here, the police is always called out because most of the time they get violent, or really disturb the peace.
