Adam,

Try looking up the pharmacies that operate in the territory in the phone book [ at http://www.viphonebook.com ] and give them a call. Be forewarned, though, that businesses here do not generally hire anyone that is off island. There are lots of discussions on this topic in the older messages on the board, so it might be useful to run a search and see what advice has been offered.

We love our local pharmacists. They all are much more interactive with their clients than pharmacists in any other place I've lived -- it's very cool to be on a first name basis with them and know that they will take the time to really get to know you and your needs. There's one here who is absolutely amazing at working with his clients to get past the challenges of delayed shipments, etc. that seem to be common. His creativity and willingness to try everything possible is a lifesaver for those of us who depend on hard-to-get drugs.

Good luck!

HC

Adam: You might check the hospital websites:
www.jflusvi.org for St Croix and www.rlshospital.org for St Thomas.

Hello Adam,

Did you make it as a pharmacist in the USVI? Where did you end up?

Kira
