I have been trying, unsuccessfully, for 2 days to talk to someone at First Bank on St. Thomas, preferably the Red Hook branch, but
I will be glad to have a number for any branch in the VI that doesn't send my call to Puerto Rico. You would think the operator in PR would be able to give me a number, but.......not happening.
If anyone has a number, thank you very much.

Juanita: I'm not much help either. You should have been there when I was in Europe and my ATM card didn't work and I tried to call. Just getting someone in PR who can speak enough English was a feat. I had to call many times over several days to get it straightened out.
