Jah - take a chill pill! I'm NOT saying the possibility doesn't exist that others could bring in illegal firearms, just that the possibility DOES exist that VI dudes could. I pointed out The Commission as an example of islanders who WOULD have the finances and means, because your post said: "Black STX islanders do not normally have the finances or the means of bringing large quantities of high-end firearms into the territory."

Your theory about the Middle Easterners is an excellent one, that should be investigated.

Wow. Given the seriousness of OP's post, I am a little surprised this thread has evolved into which ethnic/cultural group is most capable of bringing firearms on to the island. Forest for the trees, folks? Who cares what the dialect? It's a sick threat. I feel for OP.

I would definitely NOT call the po po. By and large, I assume the are approximately ten times more crooked than the NOLA po po, and a hundred times more dangerous. You did right to call the FBI. I tried like crazy to download the media. Couldn't get it to play. PM me if you have another way to listen.

ah scary!

Nothing new to report. No further calls, no action.
I'm more thinking this was an isolated incident from some whack job.

Same here. When your Monday deadline conincided with "random shots fired in Cotton Valley" thread, I was worried there might be some follow up. Glad to hear all is well.
