Is that a decent place to spend the winter? Is it safe? Decent area? Is it a ghost town or does the complex have lots of people staying there?

I have friends that live there and love it.
They may be starting construction on the Margaritaville project/rebuilding the old Renaissance so don't know how much of an impact that will have.

It's a lovely little spot which is very quiet and well maintained, easily accessible and, although some of the units are vacation rentals, many are owner-occupied or long term rentals.
