Seeing that the generator at Schooner Bay Market has died and WAPA has cut them off, is anybody taking advantage of the $7 Submarine Sandwich Special this weekend? Does anyone ever wonder what keeps the coolers at the correct temperature overnight when they turn off the generator until morning? Food for thought perhaps. Oh! Hello Food Fair!

I have said that for a couple of months about the coolers being too warm without the generator running at night. You couldn't pay me to eat anything there. I have only bought water/sodas there for months.

Considering that the VI bonds were downgraded this month, the GERS pension fund is unfunded and the government is bankrupt, that's not all that is going to shut down! People should prepare for bankruptcy, pension funds being eliminated, mass unrest.

I think the best bet would be do declare the debts owed by VI for shitty bonds odious debt and default.

by claiming odious debt by fraudster banksters. a lot of states are suing under LIBOR mess. Read this and see how the bonds were set up to fail. http://www.rollingstone.com/politics/news/gangster-bankers-too-big-to-jail-20130214

I've been saying that for some time now, and believe that time is upon us! Soon come! Be prepared, if you haven't started prepping, better to get started ASAP!!!

Schooner Bay market has re-opened this AM. But shoppers need to beware that they do not run the generator over night which may lead to food safety issues with the meats, fish and dairy products. Buyers beware. Additionally, food from the coolers was transferred from Schooner Bay Market to Quality Food Distributors after the generator broke down and then back again, adding additional safety risks with increased handling and exposure. When you buy food at Schooner Bay Market, you're taking a huge risk.

sunshinefun, you should really contact DCLA/Health and alert them to the situation as the market may well be violating food handling laws.
