Hiya everyone,
I am going to be relocating to STT and it looks like I might be at Pineapple Village. Does anyone have any info on the Villas, area, beach, etc. Your opinion would be gladly "PRECIATED".

They're in the middle of what used to be Renaissance Grand Beach Resort in Smith Bay. You can walk along the beach to the right facing the water to eat at Fungi's. Coral World is nearby also.

I own one of the condos at Pineapple Village. It's very quiet because the resort surrounding the villas has been closed for some years. Many of the owners don't actually live there, but rent them out to vacationers and transients looking for work during peak season - perhaps a chance to meet people in a similar situation to yours. I think it is a great area. If you don't have a car it is along the safari route and only a few minutes ride to Redhook. And even better, a short walk will take you to world famous Coki beach.
