I placed an "apartment want ed" ad on Caribbean Craigslist and got a reply from someone named Craig Bellamy. His "offer" sounds too good to be true and I was hoping to find out if the response is for real or a scam that someone has information about. Thanks for any help!

IMO too good to be true never is ESPECIALLY in the VI. Follow trades advice and get here first.
