came home and saw police car(s) at gallows bay hardware and the road blocked, traffic diverted. any idea whats going on?

I was told by someone at the scene that it was a "Hazmat" issue.

At nine o'clock I saw tarps over the road and an ambulance at the scene. With the rain they probably needed to keep the scene dry and the tarp went across the whole road.
