Trying to see if there are others. The feeder map on wapa site is so terrible.
It somewhat looks like a friend of mine who has power is on the same line but his area has like 3 feeder lines all jumbled up.

Been down 3.5 hours atm

The power has been off and on in several areas of the island today.

I think its WAPA flexing their muscles and scaring people.

The Avis headline on Saturday suggested rotating blackouts are to be expected unless they get their way with the PSC on the base rate increase.

I say f#@k WAPA.

Didn't they already ignore that and institute an increase at the end of jan?
And another is coming in may/june?

Only because the gov't owns WAPA are they able to threaten and bully the paying customer base. This kind of belligerent behavior would never fly anywhere else because they would be sued & lose.
