Apparently they haven't even thought it through. It's an executive order, it was not approved or passed by their legislature/senate.

Gov. Alejandro Garcia Padilla said the island's health secretary has three months to issue a report detailing how the executive order will be implemented, the impact it will have and what future steps could be taken.

Exactly. I don't know what the consortium link says as it won't download but the news is to be found elsewhere from other sources.

I think we should just let the legislature do nothing for a few more years...

Their page won't open in Explorer, Crome or Safari. They say they don't have any problems. Others have also had this problem.

Hmm, I've only read what they've written via links from here but it's been a while. I use Safari. I wonder what select options they will download through. No worries, I prefer to get my news from reliable sources who check their sources. 😀

We're always the last ones to the party. Puerto Rico passed this measure because they are insolvent. Whats makes Gov Mapp think we're any different? From what I see everyday, pot is already legal in the VI.

Washington State recently passed two laws. They legalized gay marriage and legalized marijuana. The fact that gay marriage and marijuana were legalized on the same day makes perfect Biblical sense.

Leviticus 20:13 says: "If a man lies with another man they should be stoned".

Apparently we just hadn't interpreted it correctly before.
