Just to let everyone know, a lot of persistance will eventually pay off. I was able to get Chrysler to give me the Letter of Permission to transport my Jeep.

Congrats! Sometimes you gotta hear alot of no's before you get with the right person, on the right day, who gives you a yes. Hubby thinks I'm a pain but in many cases it pays to keep asking until you eventually get the answer you need (and yes, I probably AM a pain).
