Do you have any people that stay there long term, or is it just short term rental? If you do take on long-term residents do you drop your rates any?

Some people stay longer than one month with no objection. If you don't mind staying in just a room, it is okay. Staying longer does not affect anything with te rent. My electric bills have more than doubled in four years, telephone by 25%. Interest rates have gone up. If any of these costs go down, so will my rent!
