Rapid Fitness Gym has child care for the clients! The only times I know of for sure are from 8am to 11am and I know there are other times that this benifit is available! This is a nice service to take advantage of! 🙂

Hey Trade, I can ASSURE you that if you want to bring the pooch up to the gym, Liz will find a way to keep the dog occupied while you work out. Craig, Liz' front desk guy brings his dog up there all the time.
Just call Liz and talk to her at: 777-7273.
