We have guests (renting our vacation cottage) arriving at the end of December looking for information on private chefs. Can anyone recommend somebody that does this?

Thanks,
Chad

Were they wanting a chef for just a one day thing? For the entire stay? There is someone I am thinking but they would pay over $100 a day for this kind of service.

Try Juliana. She has done a number of private catering for us and the food is great. Contact at 340-718-0846.

Marlene, unfortunately I don't have those answers. I was just wanting contact info to give to the renters so they could work things out with the chef.

Scott, thanks, will pass her information along.

Chad

I second Juliana. I manage 2 vacation villas, she has done lots of cooking for them. Everyone loves her food.

Jill sold Fresco and moved. She is doing great in Chicago but I miss her and her yummy dishes!

Jill's in Chicago?

When I lived in/near Chicago, a friend would ship me up bottles of Jill's hotsauce. I didn't know Jill moved to Chicago. Does any one know where one can get Jill's hot sauce in Chicago so that I could send someone there and have him ship them down to me here?

Will pay real money for this information.

Thank you.

This is too important.

Sorry, Chad, I'm just taking this to a new thread.

No worries Iris, I loved Jill's food too. I knew she had sold but didn't know she had moved.

I am a Chef, and I would like to offer my services. I moved down here for the laid back life, and am currently just working 2-3 part time jobs. As a chef from the mainland i have found that the restaurant life on this island is a joke... As someone who has cooked for many hollywood stars and the President of the united states along with 3500 of his invited guests i can say that i will offer my services for a reasonable fee, but only if they are decisive.
