Decided to try for lunch "Red Couch Cafe" today and glad I did! It is located on second floor of Beeston Hill Fitness Center. I had the Beet Cured Salmon Gravlax salad ($15) and it was Great! They have a mixed menu with specials on board. Average pricing for STX. Killer Smoothies.....and breakfast. Advertise Organic Eatery.

Short wait for lunch crowd. Try them, 244-7500. Mon-Fri: 7 am to 3 pm.

That is a great little place. I don't get there enough and the owner is a close friend. I have even worked there.

Just had a wonderful lunch at Red Couch; fresh greens & fruit with grilled chicken breast and a very tasty dressing.

Bonus was a fresh wheat grass shot!

I have enjoyed Red Couch many times, but, it will be sad to see it close when Caribbean Health & Fitness Center closes its doors. Maybe Red Couch will be able to find a new location.
