relocating in November

My husband, me and our two shih tzus will be relocating to st. croix in November and are in the middle of getting everything in order. Our house sold in 3 weeks (i know, i can't believe it either) and everything is happening much quicker than we thought. We already have a couple of rentals in line and will sign a lease before arriving. My husband will be working at the hospital so we are set on jobs (until i find one of course).

Is there any paperwork or forms that any of you would recommend having taken care of before we get there? Any advice from others who have already done this would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Theresa

What island? You didn't sign a lease without seeing the place, did you?

Make sure you have your Social Security cards with you. It gets asked for a lot here. I'm sure others will think of more. Best of luck with the move.
