Currently working remote in MI and looking to relocate to STJ. I have discussed this with my employer and they responded with the following:
"we can allow you to work from USVI for up to 90 days at a time, but we cannot support any work visas, unfortunately."
However, as this is US Territory, a work visa is not needed. I have attempted to find .gov sites documenting this lack of need, but I have been unsuccessful. Does anyone have any government sites stating this? TYIA!
Any other advice or guidance is also appreciated
