Good evening Board! : )
We are currently considering purchasing a home on the West Side of St. Thomas in the rain forest (Crown & Hawk). How rentable would a small 2 bdrm 1 bath house be?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We will be on the island on Tuesday, next week! Thanks in advance!

As long as you price it so it is competitive, you should have no problem with renting it out.
