Can/will anyone explain the quarters to me. I am trying to get a feel for real estate on the island. Is the Company Quarter an ok area? Queen's? South shore? Where is Golden Rock.

Any help is appreciated.

St. Croix is divided into Estates. Golden Rock is an area, as well as the South Side. Queen's Quarter is a street as well as Company Street in Christiansted. Someone fom St Croix could better tell you the different places to live. However if you do a search, this has been discussed before!

Honestly? And I'm not trying to be flip here, but you really have to visit in person. One person's "safe" neighborhood is another person's gated hell. Frederiksted is both quaint and dangerous, depending on where you are within the city. If you have a really specific question like: "Is the house located at 125 Estate Bottsburg in a nice area?" someone can probably help you. But generalizations on neighborhood feel and relative safety are very difficult to make.
