I had a alert one security install in my vacation rentals in the past and the experience was unbearable.
1.The alarm went off the company contact me and said there was a break in and they would call the police. Alert ! call me again and said the police could not find the building.
2. Upon arrival to the building I ask Alert 1 to hold on to the telephone while I search the building and to call for help if something went wrong, THEY REFUSE TO HOLD.
3.The alarm goes off in the middle of the night for no reason even if they are not set, waking up ever one; I ask to have this problem correct as soon as possible, they gave me instruction that do not work and the system goes off again over and over ever 20 minutes. Keeping everyone awake and angry.
4. When talking to the service you learn they are off island with no control. As for the local administrator ( who is part deaf) can not get your request right and they are never responsible for any errors.

IF YOU HAVE ALERT ONE DO AS I HAVE DONE GET RID OF THEM AND START OVER!! BEWARE
